At the same time the concrete was being delivered and poured, additional dirt was being brought in for the back tree berm. This dirt came from a site about 8 miles away that Terra West was excavating. They will be bringing in around 28 truckloads over a two day period for a total of 600 yards. This dirt wasn't free, but even at $2 per yard it was a great price considering it is really good topsoil and the delivery fee was included. |
