These images show the Idaho Power workers first blowing out the conduit to make sure it is clear, and then attaching a small orange rope to an air pressurized machine that actually shot the end completely through the conduit to the guy on the far end. (bottom left) More than 400 feet away! It will later be used to pull the wire through the conduit.
Bottom right shows the workers pounding in the copper ground for the transformer.
