THE ETERNAL NOW
Richard Bone
The Eternal Now is a
contemplative ambient work that begs to be
experienced in the ambience in which it was
conceived...in candlelight. The sounds whirl
about gently, flow with determined leisure,
and become deliriously pleasant, the sound of
peace. Bone is ever the jester with his
delightfully sneaky vocal and sound samples
that pepper the work. The tracks were recorded
in the wee hours in a candelit studio
overlooking a winter lake. The CD contains two
separate works: "Zone" chronicles the quest
for peace, and "The Millenium Pages" reflects
the wonder at arriving. Bone has signed with a
new label, Boston's TerraLuna, which will
release two CDs a year while leaving him free
to record under various pseudonyms for other
labels. In addition, look for tracks to appear
on compilations from as far away as Moscow,
the U.K. and the Netherlands.
