ETHER DOME
Richard Bone
The ambient
electronic genre has been heavily colonized by
dance and world music, a fact that makes
Bone's pure, gauzy synthscapes seem fresher
than they might otherwise. His evocative,
almost primitive sound harkens back to the
purity of Eno's Music for
Airports. Very little happens, yet
somehow a spell is cast.
